His practice focuses on banking & finance operations, investment and arbitration law, public law and litigation, corporate law, commercial litigation, and social law.

Aurélien Djoufain has worked at Fotso Kamga Médard Law Firm in Yaoundé, where he had the opportunity to intervene in the context of social and commercial disputes. He also participated in the preparation of criminal procedure and administrative litigation cases.

His experiences in the legal and compliance unit of Express Union Cameroon and Afriland First Bank Legal and Compliance Department, gave him a good mastery of debt collection and disciplinary procedures in banking and financial law.

Aurélien is completing a Master in business Litigation and Arbitration from the Catholic University of Central Africa in Yaoundé, where he obtained a degree in Law and Political Sciences
