Legal advisor, Yann Solle is an associate at the Firm.

His practice focuses on commercial contracts, administrative contracts, public business law, corporate law, administrative law and litigation, and litigation and arbitration.

He has worked at the Nyemb Law Firm, where he mainly intervened on administrative contracts (public-private partnerships, procurement contracts), business contracts, legal due diligence processes, and in litigation, particularly in the administrative field.

He has also worked at the B. Nekuie and Partners Law Firm, at the French Institute of Cameroon at the Cameroon Company of Petroleum Depots.

In addition to this, he has contributed to the World Bank’s Procuring Infrastructure Public-Private Partnerships Report 2018, which is tool destined to help Governments to enhance their legal and regulatory frameworks for public-private partnerships by bench marking existing regulations throughout the world against internationally recognized good practices in the field of public-private partnerships.

Yann Solle holds a Degree in Public Law and a Degree in International Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Private Law form the Private University of Tunis.

He is fluent in both French and English.
