Emmanuel Massoda is a Lawyer admitted to the Cameroon Bar and a partner at the firm, where he manages the Litigation Department.

His practice focuses on Litigation and Arbitration, Administrative Litigation, Criminal Law and Criminal Proceedings, Criminal Sciences, Corporate Law, Labour and Social Security Law, Business Law, Commercial Contracts, Real Estate and Property Law, Intellectual Property.

Prior to joinng the firm, he was as an associate in the Nyemb Law Firm, in Douala, for 19 years. During such time, he notably served as the Senior Lawyer in charge of litigation.

Emmanuel Massoda holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Douala, as well as a Master 1 in Business Law and a Bachelor of Law in Private Law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Douala. He is fluent in French and English.

He is a member of the Cameroon Business Lawyers Association (CBLA), a forum for exchaning knowledge which gathers Lawyers and Trainee-Lawyers whose practice is primarily focused on Business Law, and which aims to improve and secure the business climate in Cameroon.

Assistance to several transportation companies in legal proceedings relating to Maritime and Tax Litigation.

Assistance to several transportation companies in legal proceedings relating to Maritime and Tax Litigation.

Assistance to Camrail and to some of its officials in legal proceedings relating to the judicial and administrative inquiries ordered in the context of the Eséka railroad accident.

Involvement in the coordination of the case of Omaïs Kassim v. Fadoul Michel Zouhair.

Administrative Litigation regarding administrative sanctions imposed for illegal or irregular exercise of commercial activities.

Negotiation of several settlements in the context of Business disputes.

Formation of several companies in Cameroon.

Filing and registration of trademarks at the African Organization of Intellectual Property.
