Paul Ariel Kombou is a barrister admitted to the Nigerian Bar and an associate at the firm. He is based in Douala.

His practice focuses on OHADA Business Law, Litigation and Arbitration, Insurance Law, Corporate Law, Domain Names Law on Litigation and Arbitration, Administrative Litigation, Criminal Law and Criminal Proceedings, Criminal Sciences, Corporate Law, Labour and Social Security Law, Business Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul Ariel Kombou was a trainee lawyer at Dikko & Mahmoud solicitors and advocates in Abuja, Nigeria.

He has also worked in the compensation department of Compagnie Professionnelle d’Assurance (CPA), where he had the opportunity to attend work sessions of the National Arbitration Commission.

He has also worked in the legal affairs department of Hydrocarbures Analyzes Controls (HYDRAC S.A.) whre he gained experience in the field of contract audits.

He is the founder and the editor-in-chief of the online media “C’est Tout Droit”, which purports the popularisation of the Law throughout Africa.

Moreover, he is a member of the United Kingdom Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), a leading professional body specialised in dispute avoidance and dispute management, which provides education and training for arbitrators and mediators.

Paul Ariel Kombou holds a Master’s Degree in Business Litigation and Arbitration from the Catholic University of Central Africa (Yaoundé) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Buea.

He is fluent in French and English.
